Excited with the results of Election 2008?

By Karthik | March 8, 2008

Well, the ruling party is to win the 2008 election. But head over to Malaysiakini’s portal and have a look at the hot seats. Almost all (almost!..damn) hot seats were won by the opposition. DAP PKR and PAS. Some of the results make some of us so happy that my phone’s flooded with SMS’s over sms of words of happiness, such as “Our prayers were answered”. See, BN, you are going to be the winner of the 2008 general election, but learn something. It’s time for you to work for your people and not the other way around. Your stupidity ignorance has caused so much of trouble in the past, and if you are going to tell the world you are doing the best you could and the bloggers were merely rated “it’s easier said than done” crap, then find people with greater intelligence to solve the problems for you.

And the obvious:

Penang goes to DAP.

Samy Velu lost. (everyone I know, was so fucking excited particularly about this. haha, some say..ahh, i should just stop there. lol)

ISA Detainee Manoharan wins. (everyone were against ISA and i remember in the Al-Jazeera’s interview with Najib, Najib said the public were happy about it. smart smart Najib)

Kedah and Kelantan goes to opposition.

Pak Lah, well, he won with reduced majority. (if he still can’t understand why, well, it means he’s “smart“)

Alright alright, just head over to Malaysiakini’s website and get their latest updates.

Oh, btw, I was in Royal Selangor Club earlier, and there were FRU’s securing the Dataran Merdeka. Didn’t see much people there, just police trucks and FRU’s being placed there incase of i-dont-know-what. But yeah…
