Rich thinking for blogging
By Karthik | January 22, 2008
I have recently been reading books on the psychology of wealth, and I just had the urge to share with you how important are values when it comes to making money (whether it’s online, or offline). First and foremost, we always indulge ourselves in the thoughts of corruption and negative elements when it comes to money. Like, for an example, money is the root to all evil. Even the bible has it, but people misunderstood it. In bible, it is stated as “the LOVE of money is the root to all evil” or rather, according some scholars, the lustof money. So, money is NOT the root to all evil!
The books I have read, in total, they all sum up to one thing. There is no such thing as a rich person, or a poor one. There is only rich thinking and poor thinking. That means, in this blogosphere, if you adopt the same thinking styles like Liewcf.com or Johnchow.com, you definitely can’t go wrong! If you actually read what they try to advocate, it is simply values that are of their main focus. But since they don’t clearly state the word values, people just focus on the money making part. They become desperate to make money through their blogs, and while they are doing just that, they start to realize, money making through blogging is simply a scam. And they give up.
But just think about it. If 5xmom and Winningtheweb could do it, why not you? That’s because, I daresay, the real secrets to making money through the web, are often hidden. But it is not about having something; it is all about having the right mind set. “RICH THINKING”.
“The real source of wealth and capital in this new era is not material things. It is the human mind, the human spirit, the human imagination, and our faith in the future” Steve Forbes, billionaire publisher.
What are Rich Thinkers? These rich thinkers will be rich regardless of the current size of their bank balance – they will always be looking for possibilities and living life on their terms. If they are temporarily low on cash, they won’t be for long, and they somehow always seem to find a way to do what they really want to do in their lives.
‘Poor thinkers’, on the other hand, may have big houses and wear fancy clothes, but their heads are filled with fears about the future and mistrust of those around them. Becausee they don’t know that they would be all right even if all their money disappeared, they are forced to continually try to protect what they have or grab more from others. – taken from ‘I can make you rich’ by Paul McKenna
See, that goes the same to any business, including the blogosphere. Making money online is the easiest, but if you are greedy and desperate, there is no way you could gain much from the blogosphere. You could, maybe, but whether it would last, would be another question unanswered. It is always that way, if you abandon values in your blogs.
“Honesty is the best policy”
And nothing could be truer than that! Rich thinker bloggers will always have that opportunity, to make money online, by incorporating good contents with values as well as beneficial programs for the readers.
Last but not least, making money online through blogging is not something that could happen if you’re not doing anything. You should put an equal effort to what you are about to gain, and only then, would you truly be awarded such a reward. Making money online is possible, no matter what you think, but how fast you could do it, really depends on how much of effort you put in. For starters, you could start reading more blogs on the related topic, to get a wider scope of idea. Because, each blog, are unique when it comes to its content. If they are similar, to a great extend, then abandon the one that you do not feel comfortable with!
